BEING A WOMAN, WHAT MAKES YOU POWERFUL IN THIS COMMUNITY?

"Well, I think it's sports that make me powerful here because I feel like I'm also known to be great at sports because of my brother Lorenzo. Sometimes I do appreciate the attention but I sometimes I don’t that because I also have potential in sports and I don’t want people to know me just because of the attention my brother has. So I think it’s sports for me that makes me powerful."

TALK TO ME ABOUT YOUR FUTURE PLANS AND DREAMS...

"Well, I want the world to be more aware of how they treat the group of women and girls and I just want the world to be more aware that we have the potential of doing things. It’s also the same in sports because usually, people think boys are much better than girls. Girls can prove that they are worthy of doing anything even if you doubt them. I just want the world to be aware that all of us Girls are capable of doing anything."

DO YOU HAVE A ROLE MODEL, SOMEONE YOU LOOK UP TO?

"Well, I actually look up to my mother because. When she was in school she always used to tell me that she went through a quiet time In school. How many guys doubted how she can't do things. And she was not treated as well as other people did get treated especially she was not treated the same way boys were treated. And so she always tells me that you know no matter what anyone says do what you feel you think is right and do what your heart desires. And I think that's just a message that's really powerful to me because it just tells me. Don't mind what anyone says you… do what you can do."
